Terms of Sale and Use

1. Requests and contracts
A quote request sent on this site is not an order and creates no payment obligation. A sale is agreed only when you accept our written quote (price, products, lot, shipping, payment method) and pay it.
2. Prices
Prices on the site are in US dollars per box; products are sold by the box only. Up to 19 boxes of a size are priced at the box price; 20 or more boxes of a size, and sizes marked “quote”, are priced in the confirmation. United States shipping is a flat rate per order shown on the site; other destinations are quoted. The price in the confirmation you accept is the price that applies. Prices marked “draft” or “pending” are not offers.
3. Intended use
Laboratory diluents for research and further manufacturing use. Not for direct human use. The buyer is responsible for using and storing the products according to the lot's documents and applicable rules in its country.
4. Shipping and risk
Dispatch: Ships within 1–3 business days after payment is received; if anything changes, we tell you before it ships. Carrier: Tracked courier or postal service, chosen per order. Freight is stated in the confirmation. Products ship in standard packaging; we do not offer temperature-controlled shipping.
5. Returns and claims
Contact us as soon as you can after delivery, with photos of the box and vials. Damaged in transit, wrong or missing items: we reship them. A quality problem with a product: we refund it in full, agreed with our sales team. Diluents cannot be sent back for a change of mind once they have left us: we cannot know how a vial was stored or handled after that, so we cannot vouch for its sterility or pass it on to anyone else.
6. Documents
Lot data on the site marked “example” illustrates the format only. The COA sent with your order is the record for the lot you receive.
7. Liability
Our liability for a sale is limited to the price paid for the affected products, except where the law does not allow such a limit.
