Minimums are per size and design. Sizes: 3, 5, 10 and 30 mL bacteriostatic water; sterile and acetic acid water on request.

From artwork to delivery
- Quote: sizes, quantities, option and destination.
- Artwork: you send your design, we return a print-ready proof with the lot / expiry fields.
- Approval and payment start the production run.
- Labelled lot released against the specification; COA issued under your product name.
- Shipped with a packing list showing lots per carton.

Label content we check
- Product name and concentration (e.g. 0.9% benzyl alcohol)
- Fill volume, lot number, expiry date
- Storage line and your company details

Can I start below 500 vials?
Below the label minimum we supply our standard vial; many brands start that way and switch to their own label on the second order.
Do you design the label?
We work from your artwork and return a proof; we can adapt a simple layout for you if you send your logo and text.
Whose name is on the COA?
For label and custom options the COA carries your product name and the lot printed on your label.
