One box: 10 vials (30 mL: 25), in any mix of sizes. We sell by the box only — there are no single vials.

They are our box prices in USD for 1–19 boxes of a size: boxes × box price, no discount. US shipping is $9.90 per order; other countries are quoted. Your written confirmation fixes the price, lot, freight and dispatch date; it is what you pay.

Yes — 20 or more boxes of a size are quoted per order, with lot allocation and dispatch dates confirmed in writing.

The payment method is agreed in the quote. Nothing is charged on the website.

Sterile water with benzyl alcohol 0.9% (v/v) as preservative, released within 0.8–1.0% by GC-FID. Sterile water and 0.6% acetic acid water are separate products.

The quote states it. Ask for a single lot across your order and we confirm whether one lot covers it.

No. We describe the product by its composition and release tests; we do not claim pharmacopoeia grades or registrations that the lot documents do not show.

From 500 vials for your label on our vial, 1,000 with a branded carton, 5,000 for a full custom pack (draft terms, confirmed in the quote).

No. Bacteriostatic water is stored at room temperature and ships in standard packaging; we do not offer temperature-controlled shipping.

Ships within 1–3 business days after payment is received; if anything changes, we tell you before it ships. Carrier: tracked courier or postal service, chosen per order.

Contact us as soon as you can after delivery, with photos of the box and vials. Damaged in transit, wrong or missing items: we reship them. A quality problem with a product: we refund it in full, agreed with our sales team.

Diluents cannot be sent back for a change of mind once they have left us: we cannot know how a vial was stored or handled after that, so we cannot vouch for its sterility or pass it on to anyone else.
