Question 01
Who supplies bacteriostatic water wholesale in the US?
BacWaterPep supplies bacteriostatic water (0.9% benzyl alcohol), sterile water and 0.6% acetic acid water wholesale — US orders from US warehouse stock, other countries from China — with kit prices published, 20+ kits and carton or pallet loads quoted, and custom labels for peptide brands.
Buyers are peptide sellers who ship a water vial with each order, distributors who restock by the kit, and laboratories that need a preserved diluent with a written specification and a lot COA.
→ Bulk & Wholesale
Question 02
What is the minimum order for wholesale bacteriostatic water?
One kit: 25 vials of 30 mL, or 10 vials of 10, 5 or 3 mL. Sizes can be mixed in one request, and there are no single vials.
Kit prices apply from 1 to 19 kits of a size, with no discount ladder; from 20 kits of a size the price is quoted with the lot allocation and dispatch date.
→ Terms at a glance
Question 03
How are prices for 20 or more kits of bacteriostatic water set?
BacWaterPep quotes them per order. From 20 kits of one size the quote states the price, the lot or lots, the expiry and the dispatch date, before anything is paid. Larger volumes and carton or pallet loads: ask our sales team for a quote.
Below that, the published kit prices apply: $155.00 for a kit of 25 × 30 mL, $15.00 for 10 × 10 mL. US shipping is $9.90 per order; freight abroad is quoted.
→ Request a bulk quote
Question 04
Can I buy bacteriostatic water under my own brand?
Yes. BacWaterPep puts custom labels on its vials for peptide brands and distributors, from your own artwork or a label designed with you. Need a custom label or design? Contact our sales team.
Quantities, the label content and timing are agreed in writing with our sales team; each lot's COA comes from the sales team as for any wholesale order.
→ Private Label
Question 05
What documents come with a wholesale order of bacteriostatic water?
The certificate of analysis (COA) of each lot shipped, the product specification and the safety data sheet, plus a packing list with the lot numbers per carton.
Lot COAs are not published on the site: our sales team sends them, including the COA of the lot we would ship, with the quote and before payment.
→ Quality & Documents
Question 06
What concentration of benzyl alcohol is in BacWaterPep bacteriostatic water?
0.9% (v/v), released within 0.9% ± 0.1% and measured on every lot by gas chromatography (GC-FID) against a reference standard.
The release specification also covers appearance, identity, pH (5.0–7.0), elemental impurities, preservative effectiveness, fill volume, particulate matter, bacterial endotoxins and sterility.
→ 10 mL specification
Question 07
How quickly does a wholesale order ship?
Stock orders: ships within 1–3 business days after payment is received; if anything changes, we tell you before it ships. US orders ship from our US warehouse; orders to other countries ship from China. Quoted orders state their dispatch date in the quote.
Carrier: tracked courier or postal service, chosen per order. Custom-label orders: timing agreed with our sales team.
→ Shipping & Lead Times
Question 08
How do wholesale buyers pay BacWaterPep?
No payment on the website: after you send the quote request, our sales team confirms the price and freight by WhatsApp or e-mail and arranges payment with you in the chat.
Stock orders ship within 1–3 business days after payment is received. We reply within one business day. Support hours: every day, 10:00–22:00 China Standard Time (UTC+8).
→ Request a quote
Question 09
What if a wholesale shipment arrives damaged or short?
Damaged in transit, wrong or missing items: we reship them. A quality problem with a product: we refund it in full, agreed with our sales team.
Contact us as soon as you can after delivery, with photos of the kit and vials. Undamaged diluents cannot be sent back for a change of mind, because their sterility cannot be vouched for once they leave us.
→ Damage, shortages and quality
