Each quote states the dispatch date and the freight to your address before you pay. Nothing on this page is a delivery-date guarantee: transit times belong to the carrier.

Packing
- Vials ship in their factory boxes inside a shipping carton.
- Packing list with the lot number of every carton.
- Standard packaging only: we do not offer temperature-controlled shipping.
- Carrier: tracked courier or postal service, chosen per order. If a dispatch date changes, we tell you before it ships.

Damage, shortages and quality
- Contact us as soon as you can after delivery, with photos of the box and vials.
- Damaged in transit, wrong or missing items: we reship them.
- A quality problem with a product: we refund it in full, agreed with our sales team.
- No change-of-mind returns: once diluents leave us we cannot vouch for their sterility.

Shipping questions
Do you ship internationally?
We quote freight to your country with the order. Import rules for laboratory liquids differ by country — tell us the destination and we confirm before you pay.
Can I use my own forwarder?
Yes. Ask for an ex-works quote and give us your forwarder's pickup details.
Will I get tracking?
Yes, with the dispatch confirmation, together with the lot COA.
